Trust at the Core
Lex-Core Digital Services Limited builds legal intelligence systems for a market that cannot afford to be wrong and cannot afford to be slow. We started in Lagos because that is where the problem was in front of us.
Commercial lawyers in Nigeria were caught between two bad options: generic US-trained legal AI that knew nothing about the CAMA 2020 or local jurisdiction quirks, and manual associate review that took two weeks for an MSA.
We built LexCore to solve that specific gap. The engine is grounded in Nigerian statutory instruments, calibrated against real matter registers, and built to run on local models so sensitive files never cross borders.
We are engineers and transaction lawyers. We write the software, answer the support queues and draft the documentation ourselves.
Systems where every claim is anchored to verbatim text. If the software cannot point to the clause, it does not show the finding.
Train models on customer documents, charge per seat, or claim that AI replaces a partner's judgment on an uncapped liability clause.
