Lex-Core Digital Services Limited builds legal intelligence systems for a market that cannot afford to be wrong and cannot afford to be slow. We started in Lagos because that is where the problem was in front of us.
Commercial lawyers in Nigeria were caught between two bad options: generic US-trained legal AI that knew nothing about Nigerian law or how our courts actually work, or manual associate review that took two weeks for an MSA.
We built LexCore for that gap, and we built it vertically integrated instead of as a layer on someone else's product. Intake, review, the adversarial debate, the Word redline, signature and the audit trail are one system, not five vendors stitched together. It is also jurisdiction-specific by design. The engine is grounded in Nigerian law, rather than being a global model with Nigeria in the prompt.
On a dedicated sovereign deployment it runs on local models, so a privileged file can be reviewed with no third-party model provider in its path at all.
We are engineers and transaction lawyers. We write the software, answer the support queues and draft the documentation ourselves.
