Drafts, review logs and court dates are organised by client Matter ID. Role-based access keeps practice groups apart, with row-level isolation in the database.
CitationGate source proof
Every finding links to exact character offsets in the uploaded agreement. If a claim can't be anchored to the document, the engine throws it out.
Native Word tracked changes
Export ordinary Microsoft Word (.docx) files with native XML insertions, deletions and sidebar comments. Tables and layout come through intact, and nobody has to copy and paste.
Firm precedent memory
Load closed transactions into your private precedent index. New drafts are then compared with the positions your firm actually negotiated on earlier deals.
Court calendars and statutory limits
Statutory deadlines, filing windows and appearance dates are pulled from transaction documents and pleadings into a synced litigation docket.
Sovereign in-region inference
On a sovereign deployment, sensitive deals and privileged dispute memos run on local models inside Nigeria, with no third-party AI provider in the document path. The hosted plans use the AI provider named on our sub-processor register.

Intake and matter assignment
The agreement arrives by email or upload, gets a client Matter ID, and is matched to the counterparty index so earlier positions come up.
Privilege protection, enforced in code
Privilege needs technical guarantees that hold up when someone checks. LexCore isolates client data at the database layer and never uses confidential filings to train models.
PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) means a tenant's queries can only reach that tenant's client matters. We test it on every build.
Agreements, precedent clauses and partner notes are never added to public model training datasets.
