1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the LexCore legal intelligence platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a law firm or corporate legal department, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Description of Service

LexCore provides automated contract analysis, CitationGate source verification, native Microsoft Word tracked-change redlining, comparison grids, and workflow automation. Our services are tools to assist legal professionals and do not constitute legal advice.

3. User Responsibilities & Professional Judgment

All AI outputs, citations, and suggested edits generated by LexCore must be reviewed, verified, and approved by qualified legal professionals before being finalized or relied upon. You assume sole responsibility for the use of our outputs in your professional legal practice.

4. Data Ownership & Security

You retain full ownership of all contracts, playbooks, templates, and text files uploaded to LexCore. We encrypt all data in transit and at rest, and enforce strict tenant isolation in the database. Your documents are never used to train public LLM models.

5. Limitation of Liability

LexCore is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LexCore shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
