Integrations: channels & connectors
Meet legal teams where they already work — chat channels, intake links, storage/DMS connectors, and a Word add-in.
- Channels — receive and share contract requests, and deliver results, via Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace.
- Intake link — a public, tokenised page with a qualifying questionnaire that auto-creates a matter and acknowledges the requester in under a minute.
- Word add-in — an in-Word task pane for review and redline (currently a scaffold).
Connectors in rollout
Storage and DMS connectors — OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook/Gmail, Google Drive, iManage/NetDocuments — are scaffolded and gated on OAuth setup, and the desktop offline app is gated on code-signing. Each connector is registered as a sub-processor when enabled. Availability is disclosed honestly rather than assumed.
