Portfolio insights and the Precedent Board
Analytics across matters on risk and counterparty exposure, plus an organisational memory that brings prior outcomes into new reviews.
Portfolio insights
A single review answers "what's in this contract?". Portfolio insights answers "what's across all of them?": risk-tier distribution, renewal horizon, contract families, counterparty and jurisdiction exposure, and ingestion health. It sits in the Portfolio panel at the top of the [Contract Repository](/repository). Click any figure and the contract table below filters to exactly those contracts.
The Precedent Board
The Precedent Board is LexCore's organisational memory. It brings prior outcomes and positions into the multi-agent debate, so a new review benefits from how similar issues were resolved before. A team's judgment builds up over time instead of starting again on every matter.
Note
Precedent Board persistence is part of the hardening still in progress ahead of enterprise pilots. We document where things actually stand rather than overclaim. See Security architecture.

Multi-agent debate (DyTopo)
A tiered bench of specialist agents proposes and challenges findings in parallel rounds, in an order set by a learning loop. A claim has to survive scrutiny before you see it.
Matters and workflows
Everything hangs off the matter: documents, reviews, findings, deadlines and audit. Workflows turn a review you run repeatedly into one click.
Regulatory monitoring and radar
Follow changes from Nigerian regulators. The radar matches each change to the matters it affects and drafts the briefing.
