Due diligence: one-click tabular review
Point it at a matter and get a cited diligence table across its documents. Every cell traces to the clause behind it.
Due diligence means asking the same questions of a stack of documents. LexCore's tabular diligence takes a matter and produces a table, with documents down the side and diligence questions across the top, filled in from the underlying agreements.
- Every filled cell carries a citation to the clause that supports it, under the same CitationGate rules as review. An answer that can't be grounded is flagged, not invented.
- It uses the same controlled clause vocabulary (the 41-category pack), so the columns line up with how the platform extracts and compares clauses.
Note
The result has the same shape as the comparison grid, so you can work it and export it the same way. A data room becomes a spreadsheet you can review, with citations.
Related documentation
Compare (what changed) and the review grid
Compare shows what changed between the copy you sent and the copy that came back. The review grid, in Tabular Diligence, answers the same questions across many contracts and exports to Excel.
Clause extraction and the 41-category pack
Pull structured clause facts (type, verbatim text and typed attributes) under the same grounding rules as review.
Matters and workflows
Everything hangs off the matter: documents, reviews, findings, deadlines and audit. Workflows turn a review you run repeatedly into one click.
