Compare (what changed) and the review grid

Compare shows what changed between the copy you sent and the copy that came back. The review grid, in Tabular Diligence, answers the same questions across many contracts and exports to Excel.

Compare, in the Document Studio, does one thing: pick the copy you sent and the copy the other side returned, and see every passage that differs, side by side. The returned copy can be its own upload. It doesn't have to be a version of the original. Use it to check that the other side only changed what they said they changed.

The review grid answers a different question: "what does each contract say about X?" It lays contracts out as rows and questions as columns, traces every cell to its source text, and lives in Tabular Diligence.

  • A one-click column pack of the 41 standard clause categories, for a structured, comparable view.
  • Excel export of the grid for offline circulation and sign-off.
