Drafting documents

First drafts by document type (demand letters, witness statements, clauses) from your instructions and the matter context, with a guardrail against invented facts.

Beyond filling templates and suggesting single clauses, LexCore can draft a whole document by type, such as a demand letter, witness statement or contract clause. It works from your instructions and the matter context, with the right legal framing.

Important

A draft is a first draft for a lawyer to review, never advice. It has a hard anti-fabrication guardrail: a fact the model was not given should appear as a [BRACKETED] placeholder for you to fill in, not as an invented value. We test that behaviour rather than assume it, and it is not absolute. Read every placeholder, and look for the ones that should be there. You remain the author of record.

Verification guarantee: LexCore rejects any AI assertion it cannot trace to exact character offsets in the source agreement. It is a review assistant, and its output is not legal advice. For the architecture behind that, see the Security & Trust Centre.
