Chronology, absence detection and opposition simulation

Build a cited timeline, find what a contract leaves out, and test your own position before the other side does.

Chronology builder

Turn a stack of case documents into a structured timeline with a source for every entry. It is the basis for case strategy, demand letters and deposition prep. Each event carries a verbatim supporting quote. An event that can't be grounded is flagged, never quietly asserted.

Absence detection

The hardest check, and one of the most valuable: what a contract doesn't say. A missing indemnity or an absent liability cap is often the real exposure, and a generic review misses it because it only reads what is on the page. Absence findings default to high supervision (see CitationGate).

Opposition simulation

A "moot court" that attacks your own draft the way experienced opposing counsel would. It finds the strongest rebuttals and the weakest links, so you can shore up a position before it leaves the building. Each attack is anchored to the passage it targets.
